After having worked with Jon on multiple occasions, he leads the pack regarding home inspection accuracy, willingness to explain necessary repairs, and helpfulness in going the extra mile with instructing his clients in how to do routine maintenance on their homes. Additionally, being an AHFC energy rating inspector he can inform his clients on the process, answer questions, and suggest upgrades to take full advantage of the program. I highly recommend him, and I have worked with most of the inspectors in town at one time or another.
